Our homecare services focus on assistance with daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. We provide flexible, around-the-clock support to ensure our clients receive the right level of care at the right time.
We also specialise in providing semi-independent accommodation and support for young people aged 16+. We support young people in their transition into adulthood by equipping them with essential life skills, confidence, and resilience. Our approach focuses on empowering individuals to develop independence while receiving the guidance and support they need within a safe and nurturing environment.
We also provide semi-independent accommodation and support for adults with mental health needs, drug and alcohol, autism, mild learning disabilities, vulnerable adults, and other support needs focusing on promoting independence and wellbeing. This support is non-regulated and centred on guidance with daily living, building life skills, and encouraging community engagement. We work with individuals to plan meaningful activities, develop confidence, and achieve personal goals, ensuring a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive and maintain independence.
